Jerusalem Pharmaceuticals (JePharm for short) is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company that was founded in Palestine 50 years ago. As industry-pioneer, it sought to address the shortages in medicinal products’ supplies as well as the untapped pharma innovation gap in Palestine. Moreover, JePharm was the first Palestinian company to expand its operations into the Middle East and North Africa Region, having established business in Jordan and Algeria. Today, the JePharm Group profitably and successfully operates through its strategically located manufacturing sites in Palestine, Jordan and Algeria and two dynamic research and development sites. More than 500 qualified and high-caliber employees, of which 34% are females, are part of JePharm Group family.

The JePharm Group’s core business is the development, manufacturing, and marketing of pharmaceutical product. To complement its medicinal products portfolio, JePharm has recently established partnerships with leading medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers, thereby strengthening both the portfolios for medical devices and pharmaceutical medicines in Palestine and the region. In addition, JePharm also produces detergent, cosmetic, personal hygiene, veterinary and agricultural products.

With respect to its core business, Jerusalem Pharmaceuticals Group offers a wide range of high-quality over-the-counter (OTC), prescription pharmaceutical and nutritional supplements products. Its diverse product portfolio contains more than 300 pharmaceutical products in various dosage forms including tablets, capsules, sterile injectables, powders for suspensions, suspensions, syrups, powders, suppositories, ovules, creams, ointments, as well as ear and nose drops and solutions. Over the past four decades the Group has expanded its therapeutic areas to currently cover a broad range of therapeutic areas that include cardiovascular, gastrointestinal and metabolic, respiratory, analgesic and musculoskeletal, dermatology, central nervous system, anti-infective and oncology medicinal products. Additionally, Jerusalem Pharmaceuticals Group engages with strategic partners in a broad spectrum of therapeutic areas including, but not limited to, cardiovascular and oncology medicinal products.

Important enough, quality assurance takes top priority. Our facilities are GMP certified both by local and regional competent authorities. Our Palestine facility has Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations. Our facility in Jordan, JoRiver Pharmaceutical Industries, develops and manufactures a wide range of pharmaceutical products in compliance with international Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and procedures and holds Jordan Food and Drug Administration (FDA), ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations. Moreover, JoRiver obtained GMP certificates from a number of countries including Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Lebanon, Palestine, Sudan, Ethiopia, Arteria, Libya and Algeria.
